Contracted to lead product management at FT Core — responsible for platforms powering FT.com and print distribution. Went permanent and built the product org in Sofia, Bulgaria as part of a BOT strategy.

Hired, managed and grew a team of PMs from the ground up. Established a new vision and strategy for FT Core to increase B2B sales revenues and make the FT more adaptable to change.

Built a SaaS platform for brands and publishers to create, curate, distribute and monetise content. Partnered with the Financial Times on a Google-funded Digital News Initiative. Self-funded MVP without outside investment.

Dow Jones & WSJ — developed vision and strategy for the technology division; constructed business cases and capex funding requests.

Mergermarket Group — reviewed the existing product portfolio and defined new product definitions and key metrics.

News UK — contracted by the CTO to develop new vision and strategy for The Times editorial tools.

Led delivery of the new BBC News responsive website a year ahead of schedule (launched Feb 2015). Oversaw BBC News on connected devices — Smart TVs, Blu-rays, Sky NOW TV, PS4.

Shipped the Interactive Video Player for the London 2012 Olympics. BBC Sport hit 8.2M daily UK unique users on Aug 3rd 2012 — 23% driven from the IVP. Won "Media Product of the Year."

Enterprise Model Manager for BBC Future Media & Technology. Worked on Corus Entertainment's move to their new Toronto HQ, integrating scheduling and media playout systems. Gained TOGAF® 9 Certification.
